AGS Technologies follows a Quality Assurance model, which defines a quality assurance process that is consistent with the recognized standards. Typically, this model is adapted to our client's needs and standards.

  • It involves members of QA teams from different projects
  • The product is demonstrated to all members
  • All members are asked to test the product
  • Defects are reported in the defect tracker

Defect Tracking

AGS Technologies has a Web-based defect tracker tool to track and maintain the defect database. The tool is exposed to our clients. It enables the clients to keep abreast of the latest developments in their respective projects.

Apart from that we also use of bug tracker tools to report defects for specific clients.
